Courtney Carter Joins Guaranty Bank's Residential Lending Team in Springfield

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Courtney Carter has joined its residential lending team in the Springfield area as a residential lender. Carter comes to Guaranty from Mercy Hospital, where she was a cardiac sonographer and member of the Structural Heart Team.

“Courtney is a proven leader and competitor, traits that we believe will make for a great addition to our residential lending team,” said Michael Frerking, director of residential lending. “We certainly look forward to her continued professional growth and success in helping borrowers with all of their mortgage needs.”

Carter will office at the bank’s 2144 E. Republic Road banking center in Springfield’s Farmers Park mixed use development and provide conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and JUMBO home loans to residents in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Willard and the surrounding communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University and has been actively involved in the local sports community, organizing and leading volleyball summer camps for Missouri State University and the Community Olympic Development Program as a former student athlete.
